For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meaning given below when they begin with a capital letter, whether they are used in the singular or the plural:

dimos.fr / Site / Us: refers to the website accessible at dimos.fr or DIMOS.

Products: refers to the products offered for sale by DIMOS on the Site.

Users / You: refers to authorised Internet users under or over the age of 18, acting in a non-professional capacity, connecting to dimos.fr in order to consult the Site, to share Our publications on social networks, or to contact Us.


The Site, the domain name ‘dimos.fr,’ the company name “DIMOS”, the brand name and, more generally, all contents that are accessible via the Site and/or are communicated to Customers by DIMOS, are protected by Intellectual Property Law, and belong exclusively to DIMOS, to the suppliers of the Products presented on the Site and/or to its service providers.

Similarly, DIMOS, its suppliers and/or service providers, where applicable, are the sole owners of the intellectual property rights relating to the Products.

Consequently, the User may not, in any way or form, reproduce, represent, distribute, modify, transfer all or part of said items, including audio-visual, graphic and/or literary items, without the express prior consent of DIMOS. The reproduction, copying or representation, in whole or in part, of the intellectual property rights of DIMOS, and notably the total or partial reproduction of the Site and/or photographs of the Products thereon, may constitute an infringement sanctioned by the provisions laid down by Intellectual Property Law and/or criminal misconduct which may incur the civil liability of the offending party.

DIMOS prohibits the use of any hyperlink towards the Site from websites or from any other medium disseminating information of a political, religious, pornographic, xenophobic nature, or which, in general, may be deemed offensive to the general public and, more generally, may harm the reputation of DIMOS.


3.1 Purpose

The User’s personal data are processed electronically by DIMOS for the purposes of managing orders, delivering and returning Products, ensuring the legal and commercial guarantee on Products, the commercial relationship with the User, the sending of newsletters to the User with information concerning DIMOS’ promotional operations as well as news concerning Products and DIMOS, for managing the User’s customer area on the Site, issuing invoices, managing the payment of Products by direct debit, and generating analyses and statistics.

3.2 Communication to third parties and transfer outside the European Union

None of your personal data will be shared by DIMOS with third parties. None of your personal date will be transferred by DIMOS outside the European Union.

3.3 Rights available to the User

Users have the right to access, amend, correct and delete their personal data, and object to those data being processed. Users also have a right to data portability. To exercise these rights, the User can make a request by sending an email to the following address: contact@dimos.fr. Users have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL concerning the processing of their personal data by DIMOS.

Any Users whose personal data are collected may set general or specific instructions relating to the storage, deletion and sharing of their personal data after death. Specific instructions can be registered with the controller. General instructions can be registered with a digital trusted third party approved by the CNIL. These general or specific instructions may be modified or deleted at any time.

3.4 Security and conservation

DIMOS undertakes to take the appropriate technical measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of Users’ personal data. DIMOS undertakes to store personal data no longer than necessary for achieving the purposes for which those data were collected or processed, and in any event no longer than 3 years as of the date of the last order or last connection made by the User on the Site.


Cookies are small bits of tracking data stored or read on the hard disk of the User’s device while browsing the Site. Cookies are designed to simplify navigation on the Site by remembering, for example, the User’s login or language.

DIMOS uses several types of cookie on the Site, namely browsing cookies intended to facilitate and improve the Client’s experience on the Site (e.g. login saved in Customer account) and cookies for statistical analysis purposes and to measure the audience (such as Google Analytics).
