Technical description

This workshop and on-site folder combines precision, robustness, and ease of use. Its short 15 mm bed allows for close-set folds, while the side clearances enable the creation of trays with upstands of up to 80 mm. The 70 mm blank holder opening allows for the creation of complex shapes without constraint.
Equipped with a self-locking linkage, it guarantees perfect sheet immobilization, and the blank holder's foot pedal allows the operator to work hands-free, precisely adjusting the sheet positioning and easily creating profiles. The ergonomic handle on the bed, positioned along its entire length, offers great freedom of movement, whether working in the center or at the ends of the machine. Self-lubricating bushings ensure reduced wear on the joints, extending the tool's lifespan.
This scalable folding machine adapts to specific needs thanks to numerous options: manual Rotalame® or motorized cutting, retractable angle stop for making series folds, front stop system for folding and cutting without tracing, steel or aluminum bead cutter, rear table and support with casters for increased mobility on site or in workshop.
