MASTER-S 3m Folding Machine

Technical description

Made of steel for optimal robustness, this 3-meter-long workshop press brake is ideal for all types of bends, even over long lengths. Its unlimited bend depth allows for great freedom in creating complex parts. The short 20 mm apron (15 mm apron optional) allows for close bends, while the 140 mm opening of the blank holder facilitates work on large profiles. The 30 mm lateral and 55 mm vertical clearances ensure comfortable operation, even with bulky parts.

It offers numerous adjustment options: apron positioning, bend straightness, clamping pressure, etc. The grooved blank holder guarantees perfect material support during operation. The double foot pedals ensure smooth opening and closing of the blank holder, while the assist cylinders allow it to be held open effortlessly.

The machine is scalable and adapts to your needs thanks to several options: angle stop for identical series folds, back stop for measuring fold or cutting depth, manual or motorized Rotalame cutting, for a complete and efficient workstation.
