Technical description

This steel workshop folder is ideal for all folds thanks to its robustness, precision and modularity. With a working length of 2 meters and an unlimited fold depth, it makes it possible to shape all types of parts, even large. Its 20 mm short apron (15 mm apron option) authorizes the creation of close folds, and the opening of the 140 mm-flank press offers great freedom of work. The 30 mm and vertical 55 mm lateral clearances facilitate the folding of complex or voluminous parts. It has many adjustment possibilities: apron, folding of the fold, tightening pressure, for perfect adaptation to the needs of each site. The groove of the-flank press improves the holding of the sheet during work, while the double pedals allow the opening and closing of the-flank with precision and effortless. The assistance cylinders provide a support for the flank press in the open position, facilitating the positioning of the sheet. It is also scalable, with many options available: angle stop for identical folds in series, rear stops to measure the folding or cutting depth, manual or motorized rotalame cut according to needs.
