Technical description

This steel workshop folder is designed to meet the requirements of professionals looking for precision, robustness and performance. With a working length of 2.50 meters and an unlimited fold depth, it makes it possible to carry out all types of folding, including on long lengths. The 20 mm short apron (15 mm apron option) authorizes the creation of close folds, while the opening of the 140 mm-flank press facilitates the shaping of complex profiles. The 30 mm and vertical 55 mm lateral clearances ensure a great freedom of handling of the sheet. It has many adjustment possibilities: adjustment of the deck, the rectitude of the fold and the tightening pressure, to adapt with precision to the different folding configurations. The groove of the flank press ensures good hold of the material during the operation. The double pedals allow an effortless flank press and closing, and the assistance cylinders maintain it in the open position to facilitate the positioning of the sheet.
