DIMAX Ready-to-Use Water Repellent is a long-lasting, water-repellent protective coating that penetrates various building materials very well. It forms a waterproof barrier while allowing the substrate to breathe. DIMAX Ready-to-Use Water Repellent can be applied in one or two coats to all exterior surfaces exposed to the elements, such as tiles, concrete, bricks, plaster and paints, natural or reconstituted stone, and interlocking pavers. It does not alter vapor permeability. It is silicone-free, odorless, acid-free, and solvent-free. DIMAX Ready-to-Use Water Repellent is non-corrosive on zinc, quartz, and aluminum substrates.
