Technical description

This site and workshop folder combines precision, robustness and comfort of use. Its 15 mm short apron allows the creation of close folds, while the lateral clearances offer the possibility of shaping bins with surveys up to 80 mm. The opening of the 70 mm-flat press authorizes the creation of complex forms without constraint.
With a self-blocker connecting rod, it guarantees perfect immobilization of the sheet, and the pedal of the flat press allows the operator to work with free hands, to adjust precisely the positioning of the sheet and make the profiles in all ease. The ergonomic handle of the deck, positioned over the entire length, offers great freedom of movement, whether to work in the center or at the ends of the machine. Self-lubricating rings ensure a reduction in the wear of the joints, extending the lifespan of the tool.
Evolving, this folder adapts to specific needs thanks to many options: Rotalame® or motorized manual cut, retractable corner stop for making standard folds, front stopping system for folding and tracing -free cut, steel or aluminum wanders, rear table and roller support for increased mobility on site or in workshop.
